  • We do not require a minimum budget. However, we exclusively work within a scope of 4-5 star hotels, luxury villas, and highly-vetted tour operators. By doing this, we can ensure the quality you receive. If you need help establishing a budget, we can assist with estimates for different destinations.

  • No! In fact, we can match and sometimes beat the rates listed online. The advantage of booking with us is that we can provide added value and amenities that you can’t receive by booking online.

  • We are unable to use points to book your accommodations. However, you are more than welcome to book your flights with points.

  • Of course! Our SmartFlyer Air Team is highly skilled at creating seamless flight itineraries.

    All flight bookings are subject to an additional booking fee, $50 for domestic flights and $100 for international flights.

  • There is no charge for our Hotel-Only Planning Service.

    For our fully custom itinerary creation service, there may be a small fee depending on the complexity of your trip. If your trip incurs a fee, this will be discussed upon your inquiry!

  • While we do not require trip insurance, we highly recommend it to protect your investment and yourself against unexpected travel disruptions. We’re happy to provide a quote and facilitate insurance coverage for interested clients. Please note that travel insurance must be purchased within a few days of booking your trip.
